1. Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective pressure washer, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Order details
We will arrange:
- Replacement OR
- Full refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval/rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.
